How do I return an item?
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt or invoice. You may call during normal business hours for a number. All returns must be prepaid. We will pay shipping charges and offer a refund or a credit if we:

Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns and canceled orders that have been processed. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law. If the reason for return is not our fault, the buyer is responsible for shipping charges both ways and can be assessed a 15% restocking charge. We have a return rate of less than one half of one percent as such we describe our products accurately and truthfully. We will replace a defective one with the SAME product. AFTER 10 DAYS ALL ORDERS SHALL BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE AND FULFILLED.
