2. ORDER STATUS: If you are emailing or calling to check the status of your order, no status updates are available. Orders will go out as fast as possible. If there is an issue with your order, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
3. MY CARD HASN’T BEEN CHARGED: When you click “submit” to place your order, no action is taken on your credit card at that time. All of our credit card processing is done when we are ready to ship. In order to avoid potential processing issues, please double check that all credit card information (card number, expiration date and security code) are correct before hitting submit.
4. I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER: If your credit card was never charged and the merchandise is still listed as “in stock”, we are still working on filling it. If the contact info on your order is correct and there is a problem, we will contact you.
5. FUTURE SHOPPING CART CLOSURES: An OUT OF STOCK message will be directly related to the volume of orders received and time needed to machine more parts. Wise Lite Arms is a small company and we are doing everything we can to get orders out as quickly as possible. If we suspect that our shipping times might exceed 7-10 days in length, then it is possible we will again be forced to suspend orders.
